The Ancient History of the Saulin Szu also known as the Shaolin Ji or in English The Young Forest Temple of The Henan Province in Northern China according to independent researchers unbaised revealed some hidden truths and facts which seperate myth from fact.

The Young Forest Temple originated at a cave in the Song Mountain where a Monk Meditated upon the meaning of life and the secret truths of the stars making up the universe seen in the crystal view of the night sky.

Manuscripts of The Shaolin order were engraved upon copper plates so they would not be lost due to fire that occurred in 1644 when the Qing Dynasty of the Manchus replaced the Ming Dynasty.

Shaolin Monks practiced Buddhism and were considered a Religious Order. Do good and Avoid Evil was the Main Belief of The first Budda.

Weapons Hall. Shaolin Monks were Masters of different types of weapons.These weapons made the Monks formidable foes against the Invading Manchs of the Qing Dynasty.

Shaolin Monks also were Masters of Hand to Hand combat known as Chuan Fa and Chin Na.

The Shaolin Temple throughout history offered a refuge for soliders who often became Monks seeking enlightenment.
